Assembling the Bigg+ Mattress usually takes around 20–30 minutes. Here are the steps to follow -
Taking care of your Bigg+ Mattress on a regular basis can ensure that it lasts longer, is hygienic, and is always comfortable to sleep on. Following these tips is recommended -
Use a waterproof mattress cover over your mattress. Once a month, air out the mattress for a few hours. Every few weeks, vacuum the dust, dirt, crumbs, and other particles away from the top of the mattress. Rotate the mattress from head to toe every few months. Flipping it isn't necessary or recommended.
Gently soak up the spilled liquid with a cloth or sponge, spray the affected area with a mixture of white distilled vinegar and water (or lemon juice), sprinkle some baking soda over the mattress, and let it rest in an area with ventilation. After 8 hours, remove the baking soda with a vacuum, check for any odor or stain, and let the mattress dry entirely before putting it back.
Avoid drying the organic latex foam under direct sunlight. Avoid using hydrogen peroxide and other harsh chemicals/detergents. Avoid using the mattress before it is completely dry. Avoid hand washing or machine washing any of the foam layers and the mattress cover. They should not be placed in a dryer, either.

The combination of three extra-firm and one medium/firm/extra-firm layer also plays a part, as this layered construction ensures proper weight distribution, reducing the risk of premature sagging. Finally, the cherry on top is the mattress’s certified, high-quality materials, which ensure it does its job and doesn't fail to perform like cheaper, low-quality mattresses.
To maximize the support and lifespan of our Bigg+ Mattress, we recommend using a solid wood or metal bed frame, such as a natural wood slatted bed frame or a metal adjustable bed base. These options will provide the necessary support for both the mattress and the sleeper. Make sure to check the weight limit of your desired bed frame and confirm it will be able to hold the combined weight of the sleeper(s) and the mattress.
Note: - We do not recommend a box frame, as it may impact the mattress's feel. A solid bed frame or foundation is ideal.

It's crucial to understand what you're getting into before choosing a product that you'll use for a third of your life. We ask that you try it out for at least 30 days before making a return request, because making such a significant decision takes time.
You can return the mattress after 30 days, up until 120 days of our delivery date.
If, after 30 days, you still find the mattress to be uncomfortable, we will ask you to go through a local donation process in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from mattress removal shipping. Please contact us first, as there are some simple steps that need to be taken for this.
Note: If you choose to return or donate your mattress prior to the 30-day waiting period, if you cancel an order after it has shipped, or if you refuse the delivery, store credit will be given in place of a refund.
